MvkeyyJ is a Nashville, TN based songwriter/hip-hop artist that combines and intertwines flawless melodies over head-knocking beats. Lyrical poise and atmospheric tracks, that evoke the feeling of levitating, permeate his sound. All throughout his music, you will hear references to African-American culture, influences, and effects. He provides the perfect mood and feeling for any moment.

All while being independent, MvkeyyJ has amassed millions of streams platform-wide. He’s gone from featuring on full length tours like “The Incognito Tour” to performing at widely coveted festivals like A3C Festival and SXSW. He’s since then garnered the attention of major labels and artists such as Lecrae, Derek Minor, Zaytoven, Big Future Music Group, etc. 

Now, partnering with RMG Amplify and Vydia, he’s making major moves. Along with forging his career, he’s also procured some prime spotlight on the way. From securing a spot on the official NBA2K in-game soundtrack, to being selected as a sync licensing artist on Music Bed; one of the biggest sync catalogs in the world, to recently signing on with songwriteclub as a songwriter, MvkeyyJ is making his presence felt in the industry.
